This site exists to describe our services, show our work, and let you start a conversation with us. It is informational. It is not an offer to enter a contract, a quote, or a guarantee of pricing.

Prices shown on the pricing page are starting points. Your actual quote depends on the scope of your project. We confirm every quote in writing before any work begins. Listed prices may change at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without written permission
• Send spam, malware, or any content that abuses the contact form
• Scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content, imagery, or design without written permission

The site’s design, code, copy, logos, and imagery are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without written permission.

Project work we create for paying clients is governed by the contract signed for that project. By default, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client at full payment. Internal tools, frameworks, and our broader portfolio of work remain ours.

Our contact form is powered by Formspree. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. We may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service or linked site.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify CWD and its owners from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon.
