Why might my quote be different from the listed price?
Listed prices are starting points based on a typical build inside each tier. The final number is shaped by what your business actually needs: extra pages, custom animations, integrations, copywriting, photography, and so on. If you want more, it costs a little more. We confirm every quote with you in writing before any work begins.
What's the difference between Managed and Buyout?
Managed means we build the site and then host, maintain, and keep it updated for a monthly fee plus a one-time setup cost. Buyout means we build it once, hand it over, and you own it outright. You can start Managed and switch to a Buyout later.
How long does a typical site take?
Single-page sites usually launch in 3–5 business days. Multi-page builds run 1–3 weeks depending on scope. Premium builds with custom functionality take 3–6 weeks.
Do I own my domain and content?
Always. Your domain is registered in your name and your business email from day one, regardless of who clicks the buy button. Your content and customer data are yours on either plan. On a Buyout you also own the code and hosting outright; on Managed we handle hosting for you so there's nothing to maintain.
What happens to my site if I cancel my Managed plan?
Your domain stays yours, no matter what. Under Managed, your website lives on our hosting account, so when the plan ends the live site comes offline after a 30-day grace period. You can either point your domain at a new host you choose, or convert to a one-time Buyout at any point and we'll transfer the code, hosting credentials, and integrations to you. No hostage situations, no surprises. The full process is in writing before any work begins.
What's not included in the price?
Domain registration and third-party services (Stripe, email tools, and the like) are paid directly to those providers at cost. On a Buyout, hosting is yours to set up; on Managed, hosting is part of the monthly fee. We're transparent about every line item.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with a Starter or Professional build and grow into Premium features as their business scales.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Typically 50% to start and 50% at launch. For Premium builds we'll structure milestones that match your cash flow.
