Complex Web Design ("we", "us", or "our") is an Oregon-based web design studio. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, and how we use it. We keep it plain and honest.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form or email us, we collect the details you share: your name, email address, phone number, business name, budget range, and anything you write in your message. We use this only to reply to you and prepare a quote.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we collect some information automatically as you browse, using cookies and analytics tools. This includes the pages you visit, how long you stay, the links you click, your general location (city or region, based on your IP address), and the device and browser you use. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for this. We use it to understand how people find and use our site, not to identify you personally.

Advertising and conversion measurement

We run ads to reach new customers, and we measure whether those ads are working. To do that, we and our advertising partners, mainly the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, use cookies and similar technology to see which ad or link brought you to our site and whether you contacted us afterward. When you send us a message through our contact form, we record that as a conversion so we can see which ads lead to real inquiries. This helps us spend our advertising budget wisely. We do not use this information to build a personal profile of you.

Children

Our site and services are meant for businesses, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
