Why might my quote be different from the listed price?
Listed prices are starting points based on a typical build inside each tier. The final number is shaped by what your business actually needs: extra pages, custom animations, integrations, copywriting, photography, and so on. If you want more, it costs a little more. We confirm every quote with you in writing before any work begins.
What's the difference between Managed and Buyout?
Managed means we build the site and then host, maintain, and keep it updated for a monthly fee plus a one-time setup cost. Buyout means we build it once, hand it over, and you own it outright. You can start Managed and switch to a Buyout later.
How long does a typical site take?
Single-page sites usually launch in 3 to 5 business days. Multi-page builds run 1 to 3 weeks depending on scope. Premium builds with custom functionality take 3 to 6 weeks.
Do I own my domain and content?
Your content and customer data are always yours. On a Buyout, you own the code, hosting, and domain outright. On Managed, we often register and hold the domain and hosting and manage it all for you, so there's nothing to maintain, and you can convert to a Buyout to take full ownership, domain included, whenever you're ready. Because you already paid to have it built, that conversion comes at a discount, so you're never charged full price twice.
What happens to my site if I cancel my Managed plan?
Under Managed, your site and often the domain live on our accounts, so when the plan ends the live site comes offline after a 30-day grace period. To keep it for good, convert to a one-time Buyout at any point and we'll transfer the code, hosting, domain, and integrations into your name. We confirm the full process with you in writing before any work begins.
What's not included in the price?
Domain registration and third-party services (Stripe, email tools, and the like) are paid directly to those providers at cost. On a Buyout, hosting is yours to set up; on Managed, hosting is part of the monthly fee. We're transparent about every line item.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Absolutely. Most clients start with a Starter or Professional build and grow into Premium features as their business scales.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Typically 50% to start and 50% at launch. For Premium builds we'll structure milestones that match your cash flow. We're flexible, so if you need a plan that works better for your budget, just ask and we'll work with you.
